Analysis of Employer Liability Claims and Awards

The Injuries Resolution Board have published an analysis of employer liability claims and awards from 2019 to 2022. The report was commissioned by the Injuries Resolution Board and prepared in collaboration with EY Economic Advisory. The report provides a four year analysis of over 18,000 Employer Liability (workplace accident) claims and 4,911 assessments of compensation made by us.  You can read the report here
