The Personal Injuries Assessment Board’s (PIAB) offices are based in Tallaght, Dublin 24.

PIAB draws on a multi-disciplined and skilled resource of 80 permanent staff, covering a broad spectrum of technical, legal, financial, health and safety, human resources and other professional resources. Collaboration, enthusiasm and pride in our work and the Board’s achievements are central to PIAB’s working environment. PIAB is a knowledge intensive organization and its success is determined by the expertise, professionalism and drive of its staff. PIAB places a high emphasis on staff training and development and on human resource management. PIAB operates an open professional management style in which two-way communication is actively encouraged.

PIAB are currently recruiting for the specialist role of Higher Executive Officer (HEO) on our Information Technology (IT) and Facilities Team. Technical support for PIAB is a big task. As a member of our Information Technology and Facilities team, you'll be the go-to person to provide technical and first line application support to all colleagues to ensure that PIAB can operate efficiently and effectively. You'll troubleshoot, respond to enquiries, and find solutions to technical challenges organising the provision of 2nd level support for the resolution of faults with the relevant application and system suppliers. You are highly technical and are comfortable problem solving with multiple operating systems (e.g. IIS, ASP, HTML)  and have Data management experience (Data warehousing, MIS, OLAP, Decision Support tools e.g. Tableau). You're a fast learner and a great communicator who can effectively support the IT needs of PIAB and its colleagues.
