This website will be unavailable from 4 p.m. on Wednesday 13th December 2023 until 4.00 a.m. on Thursday 14th December next due to essential maintenance arising from the commencement of legislative requirements as set out in the Personal Injuries Resolution Board Act 2022.

In addition, the PIAB Solicitor’s Portal and Online Application Form, which are accessed from this site, will be unavailable during that time and until 11 a.m. on Thursday 14th December due to additional maintenance requirements.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause and assure you that we will carry out this work as quickly as possible.

Applications can be submitted online using the existing PIAB Solicitor’s Portal or Online Form until 4 p.m. on the 13th December 2023. If required, applications can be submitted to PIAB while the PIAB Solicitor’s Portal and Online Form are unavailable by email at post@piab.ie and paper forms can be submitted as normal.
